Last week there was considerable reshuffling of the member nations comprising the ICSA Labs top 10 spam sending nations. Overall amounts of spam appear to have greatly decreased but that is actually a function of some issues at our end (that were later corrected) as opposed to a true drop in spam around the world. Even so, the percentage of spam originating out of Russia surged significantly - enough to capture the notorious lead spot, pushing Brazil to second.
