CRISP's CAliPHR Acheives ONC HIT 2014 Edition MODULAR EHR Certification

Columbia, MD – January 18, 2016Chesapeake Regional Information System for Our Patients, or CRISP’s, CAliPHR, v1.0.0 has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition modular EHR certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting eligible providers (EPs) with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). 

CAliPHR v1.0.0 was certified on December 21, 2015 by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) and is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).  CRISP worked in conjunction with business partner Audacious Inquiry (Ai) to develop and certify CAliPHR v1.0.0.

“CAliPHR has great potential for the facilitation of electronic clinical quality measurement on a state level,” said Brandon Neiswender, vice president of operations, CRISP.  “With this certification, it is our belief that CAliPHR users will be better prepared to successfully participate in the EHR Incentive Program.”
