ConCert by HIMSSTM today announced that four products have received the ConCert by HIMSS mark after completing a comprehensive pilot program that tests and certifies electronic health record (EHR) and health information exchange (HIE) vendors. These organizations are committed to advancing interoperability and enabling secure and reliable transfer of data within and across organizational and state boundaries. ConCert by HIMSSTM is an interoperability testing and certification program governed by HIMSS and built on the work of the EHR | HIE Interoperability Workgroup and IHE USA. ConCert by HIMSS works with ICSA Labs and Stella Technologies.
In its first round of testing, four products successfully passed ICSA Labs Windows 10 Certification, including:
- Ahnlab, Inc. - Ahnlab V3 Internet Security 9.0
- Avast Software - Avast Free Antivirus
- Microsoft Corporation - System Center Endpoint Protection (Defender)
- Sophos Ltd - Sophos Endpoint Protection
First-of-its-kind Advanced Threat Defense Solution Certification Testing from ICSA Labs confirms security products can detect known, unknown cyberthreats
Advanced Threat Protection Framework from Fortinet, Inc.; Symantec Advanced Threat Protection from Symantec Corporation; and Trend Micro Deep Discovery™ Inspector from Trend Micro Incorporated became the first products to earn ICSA Labs’ Advanced Threat Defense Certification after a five-week period of continuous, rigorous testing.
