About Caradigm Open Exchange Caradigm Open Exchange (COE) is a standards (HIE) based module that will support the bi-directional exchange of patient information – including Care Plans – to support interoperability amongst affiliated and non-affiliated participants in a community or region. Leveraging the parsing features of COE, not only will be able to store standards based documents, we will be able to incorporate data into the Caradigm Intelligence Platform for further analytic and data aggregation.
