Complaints: Users or purchasers of ICSA Labs ONC-ACB Certified EHR products that have concerns or questions about a product's certified functionality should contact the product vendor first. If there are issues related to compliance based on certification criteria, however, please complete the ICSA Labs Certified Product Complaint Form and submit it to ICSA Labs at Please include the vendor name, product name, specific version deployed, CHPL Product ID, as well as details around the issues of concern. An ICSA Labs representative will follow up with you.

Questions related to the Information Blocking ProvisionsPlease refer to the Information Blocking webpage for specific guidance related to the Information Blocking provision. Questions should be submitted to ONC through the Health IT Feedback and Inquiry Portal by choosing the "ONC Cures Act Final Rule" category on the Portal.  It is beyond the scope of ONC-ACB authorities to determine compliance or provide guidance to the Information Blocking Condition of Certification.
